How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through:

- Direct request through our customer support channels
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation requests are processed immediately. Your access to the service will continue through the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until your paid period ends.
Data and Account Information
Upon cancellation, your account will be marked as inactive. You may be able to export certain data from your account, subject to our data export policies. We encourage you to download or backup any important information before your access expires. After the service period ends, we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Refunds Upon Cancellation
No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a paid billing period. However, your access will continue through the end of that period. You will not be charged for any future billing periods once your subscription is cancelled.
Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may do so at any time. You will be subject to current pricing and terms at the time of reactivation.
